In her latest solo project, 'Your 12-Week Body and Mind Transformation,' launched in May 2021, Bernadine provides a comprehensive guide to lasting transformation. As the visionary founder of Slender Slim 4 U, she introduced a groundbreaking concept to South Africa, the Banting-Keto-Low carb weight-loss clinic, and has helped countless clients shed weight, reclaim their health, and overcome emotional eating over the past eight years. Through her impactful 12-week online program, she has touched lives around the world.
