I have lost 12 kg since mid-June 2023. I have been an emotional eater since I was a small child, dealing with both happy and sad feelings. I have tried many weight loss programs, and I can confirm with great pleasure that Bernadine's plan has brought me the best results by far! I signed up with Bernadine in October and have not looked back. I have so far lost 5kg. I love the meal plans, the structure, as well as the tools that are there to help us succeed.
